I hope you were able to slow down, relax and recharge a little bit this weekend.

My husband, Ryan, and I did a Polar Plunge 5K on Saturday. At the end of the race, we plunged into a freezing lake with 100 other people in 38° temps.

I've never felt so cold 🥶 and so alive at the same time.

Would I do it again? 100% yes! 🙌
